What we offer

We provide non-clinical support services: (1) Friend / Listener (peer support), (2) Life Coaching, and (3) Career & Business Coaching. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, call 988 (U.S.) or your local hotline.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, preferences, questionnaire responses, session scheduling details, and messages you send us.

• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

• Technical information: basic logs and cookies necessary to operate the site; we may use aggregated analytics to improve the service.

How we use information

• To match you with a friend or coach and provide sessions.

• To manage your account, scheduling, and customer support.

• To improve service quality, reliability, and safety.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help operate the service (for example, Stripe for payments and secure form tools for intake). These providers are required to safeguard your data and use it only to perform services for us.

Confidentiality

We keep your conversations private. Limited exceptions may apply if required by law or if we believe it’s necessary to prevent harm.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing www.yourfriend.live@gmail.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your plan remains active through the end of your paid period.

Our services are intended for adults 18+.
